How Much Does Graffiti Removal Cost?
A transparent look at what drives the price of a graffiti-removal job.
Straightforward small jobs
Professional graffiti removal starts from £249 + VAT for a straightforward small job, allowing for up to one hour working on-site and an hour of travel. Chemical treatments and any additional requirements are charged separately.
Larger projects
Larger or multi-surface projects may require additional working time, personnel, water or specialist access. A one-operative full day (7 hours) is £599 + VAT; a two-operative full day combined is £1,098 + VAT.

Removing graffiti without removing the surface
The wrong method can etch render or stain stone worse than the graffiti. The right one lifts the paint and leaves the wall intact.
The risk of aggressive removal
- ✗Harsh solvents can drive paint deeper into porous render and stone.
- ✗High-pressure blasting etches the surface and leaves a permanent shadow.
- ✗The wrong chemistry can strip the original wall coating or stain.
The Clearstone approach
- A discreet test patch chooses the gentlest method that still works.
- Specialist removers, low-pressure steam or softwash matched to the material.
- Honest upfront advice where a faint ghost may remain on porous surfaces.

Survey & test patch

The Right Cleaning Method for Every Surface
We choose the cleaning method to suit the surface — not the other way around. Three specialist techniques, each protecting your property while delivering lasting results.
Pressure Washing
High-pressure water cuts through thick grime and organic growth on hard surfaces like driveways and patios. Fast and effective — but it removes growth rather than killing it at the root.
Steam Cleaning
Low pressure, high heat. Steam cleans powerfully while protecting delicate surfaces like roofs — using a fraction of the water and killing growth at over 130°C.
SoftWashing
Low-pressure biocidal treatment that kills algae, lichen and fungi at the spore — keeping render and delicate surfaces cleaner for up to six times longer, with far less water and no surface erosion.

When something unexpected happened, we stayed until it was right.
“I had Shaun and his team clean the rendering on my house and clean my patio. The house clean was fine but there was a problem with the patio sealer reacting to the steam clean. Shaun took full ownership of the problem that was compounded by the remedial chemicals being affected by the excessive heat this summer. Shaun kept us fully informed and when the weather cooled, he returned and fully resolved all the issues leaving us with a fully restored beautiful limestone patio. An excellent company, one you can trust.”
