Not every surface wants the same treatment. We choose pressure washing, steam or softwash to suit the material — so it's cleaned, not worn away.
Why blasting everything is a bad idea

A professional clean lifts years of grime and brings surfaces back to life — but it's helpful to know what cleaning can and can't do.
What cleaning usually lifts
- General dirt, grime and everyday surface build-up.
- Green algae, moss and organic growth on the surface.
- Black spot lichen — treated with a biocidal softwash that kills it at the root.
- Traffic film and weathering that dulls the appearance of paving.
What may remain after cleaning
- !Deep oil stains can leave a shadow — we'll reduce them, but may not erase every trace.
- !Rust staining from fertiliser or metal can persist and may need a specialist treatment.
- !Weathered, faded or discoloured paving won't regain its original colour from cleaning alone.
- !Existing cracks, chips or surface damage are not repaired by cleaning.
Re-sanding, sealing and specialist stain treatments are quoted separately where offered. We'll always be honest about what's achievable before we start.

Pressure Washing

Steam Cleaning

SoftWashing
Low-pressure biocidal treatment that kills algae, lichen and fungi at the spore — keeping render and delicate surfaces cleaner for up to six times longer, with far less water and no surface erosion.
