Step 2. We text alert you at 7 pm the night before we are due to visit - Just a friendly nudge to remember your appointment with us! We're ready to deliver our top-notch service to every corner of your property. Your only task? Simply swing open those side gates and let us handle the rest!

We carry out our service the next day (Weather Permitting) - our staff will clean all the windows externally using our pure water fed pole systems (Your windows will be left wet and to dry naturally), take photos (which you can view), and then drop a postcard note through your letter box so you know the job has been completed.

Payment is made by Direct Debit 5-7 days after the clean - unlike a monthly Direct Debit our system only collects payments 5-7 days AFTER we have carried out our service; this is fully protected by the banking systems Direct Debit guarantee. Our transparent pricing starts from just £20 (Inc Of VAT) for a 3 bedroom Semi Detached home with no conservatory or extension. This is our lowest price based on a 6 weekly schedule so if you have a smaller flat or 2 bed semi detached then this will be the price for you. Prices vary from this base price based on the size of your property which are based around the amount of bedrooms you have, if you have a conservatory or an extension. We provide detailed quotes with no hidden fees, and regular customers enjoy discounted rates. There is a small additional charge for the first clean which gives us additional time to clean your frames and windows. Our quotes break down each individual charge so you are fully clear on what you will be being charged.

Yes we can clean internal windows for special occasions, for special occasions or customers who request this additional service at an additional cost. However, all of our prices detailed below are for external window cleaning using our pure water fed pole systems only on a 6 or 12 weekly basis.
Our external cleaning uses our pure water system, while internal cleaning uses traditional methods with eco-friendly products to ensure streak-free results on both sides. Clearstone Solutions hold many commercial contracts (Yeovil Hospital, Dorchester Hospital and BCP Council as examples so all of our staff are trained in both the use of pure water fed pole cleaning and traditional window cleaning techniques as part of their employment with Clearstone Solutions.
No, You are not tied into any contracts with Clearstone Solutions. However, we do ask that you have a minimum of three window cleans with us. This is to prevent people taking advantage of our lower priced 6 or 12 weekly cleaning prices as a "One Off Clean". If you require a "One Off Clean" we charge £57 (Inc Vat) for residential customers per man hour.
You will be asked to sign and approve our quote where all of our window cleaning terms and conditions will be clearly shown. You can find our "not so small, small print" lower down this website page. Here is the wording for ending our service.
Ending our services
If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone on 01747 413013 or by email to info@clearstonesolutions.co.uk
However, we do not offer one off window cleans, by using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.
Booking is easy! You have a few options;

Once you are a customer you will be able to ammend your appointment through your client hub (where you can see the date and time of your appointment) or via the same channels as above. We will provide you with a list of Weeks that we will be in your area and we'll email you 3-4 days before your appointment and then text you by 7pm the night before your scheduled clean so you are completely in the loop.
You do not need to be in on the date of our clean. Just leave the side gate open and will take photos after the cleaning (which you have a live link to) and leave a note through your door to let you know that we have been. If you are not happy with the cleaning just let us know and we will return ASAP to rectify the issue before you are charged.

1. Initial visit
For your first clean only there is a one off charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean, this varies with house size and frequency of ongoing cleans, this will be explained when signing up and is shown on your quote when you go through our signing up process.
2. What can I expect
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive,staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, pure water will not be effective at removing these, please notify us when we call to arrange your first clean.
3. How often will we visit
We offer the choice of every 6 or 12 weekly visits. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to rain and other factors of a week either side of the time due.
4. Bad Weather
We will always try to not clean your windows in heavy rain, however we do still work in rain. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same and if you have any problems you can call us and we will come back at no additional charge.
5. Turning us away
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable. We will make time and space in our schedule for you. On the day of the clean it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right if turning our team away at the door or cancelling on the day with our office, to charge you the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us. We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer.
6. Ending our services

We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
8. Confidentiality
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
9. Payments
Customers joining our 6 or 12 weekly rounds are required to pay via our direct debit system Gocardless which can be set up on this page (in payments above) or on Step 2 of the Signing Up process. Payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean.Customers booking one of services such as gutter clearing who are not joining our regular rounds are required to pay by credit or debit card in advance. This can be done over the phone with our office on 01747 413013. Once payment is made, we will book the job to be completed within 1 week.

If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone on 01747 413013 or by email to info@clearstonesolutions.co.uk
However, we do not offer one off window cleans, by using our services you agree to a minimum of 3 cleans. If cancelling before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be payable.
7. Complaints procedure
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
8. Confidentiality
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
9. Payments
Customers joining our 6 or 12 weekly rounds are required to pay via our direct debit system Gocardless which can be set up on this page (in payments above) or on Step 2 of the Signing Up process. Payments are then automatically collected 5 days after each clean.Customers booking one of services such as gutter clearing who are not joining our regular rounds are required to pay by credit or debit card in advance. This can be done over the phone with our office on 01747 413013. Once payment is made, we will book the job to be completed within 1 week.

Keeping your fascia and soffits clean is easy with our reach and wash systems. This is included in the price of the fascia and soffit boards, as well as the outer plastic of the guttering.
